The Reflective Dialogue Collective is a practice-space. It is a way of working and being together that treats dialogue as a living practice, not a technique or tool.
Reflective dialogue is a shared, intentional practice of being with—together, relationally, and responsibly—especially in moments when what matters cannot be reduced to rules, checklists, metrics, or methods.

The Reflective Dialogue Collective is bigger than any one group. It includes practitioners across the U.S. and beyond who take up reflective dialogue in their own work and contexts.
Some practice together regularly; many carry the work independently. What connects us is the practice, not affiliation.
A small group of practitioners carries the practice together and tends the conditions that help it stay alive over time.
