What a Convener Is
What we mean by “convener”
A convener is someone who has demonstrated the capacity to facilitate reflective dialogue responsibly in live settings, attending to relationship, power, judgment, and consequence.
Recognition as practice
Recognition is grounded in observed practice, reflective assessment, and ongoing accountability to the work. It is not a credential or endpoint, but a commitment to continued responsibility.
